Well I've done the search, no mail on this place. Anyone stayed there?

well located in Soi King Fashion but I've been inside one mate and they are cr@p....can get much better for same price accroos the road or in Soi san Sabai.....places like Summer Breeze, Orchid, Yorkshire Inn, C&N, Expat are all much better quality for less

Does anyone know if there's been any improvement at Toy Beach Residence since Sept 07?

The soi has changed a lot with a big new restaurant taking up the old carpark but I doubt "Toy" has cahnged at all

The one positive aout the place is that they have (well did have) an arrangement with the Patong Garden Resort to use their pool......not sure if this is still in place

I honestly think you'd be beter looking uo on Soi San Sabai......much better value for money up there and there are a few new places past the end of Baan Betjamis now which look good

Thanks for that Nelsonone. I have sent my booking request for Summer Breeze now & was just looking for possible backups if I can't get my favoured choices.
600 Baht in low season made me add this to my list of backups. However it's not backup No.1
