Before anyone shouts "USe the search function!", I already have and also looked through the opnions thread as well!

So has anyone stayed in this place, or will anyone local take a quick look at it, as I stuggling to find somewhere to stay (AT this time of year!!????) which is reasonable placed and priced!

Thanks for any info or opnions given!

Never stayed there but knew the guy who used to own it. Entrance is off Rat-u-tit , rooms are above a dentists (I think !!!!).

Here is their website , there are some "Guests Comments".

Yeah read the website already with the guest comments! They are a major reason why its on the shortlist! (Think I met one of them in Feb!) Still price offered is quite reasonable now ive used my newly earned "Buying" skills!

Think I might go ahead and book. Whats the worse that can happen? Me break the sink! That thing only happens once in a (drunken) lifetime!

Since you are talking about now in low season the prices are dropping.

Both the new guest houses in top road off Soi San Sabai are now down to 500 Baht per night.The "A1" at junction Nanai and Sainamyen is at 500 Baht per night.There is a brand new hotel near Vises on Sainamyen which opened yesterday and they are offering 3 nights for 1,000 Baht.

Remember,Sis, that a lot of smaller places don't advertise on the net - they just use a chalk board outside.

Yeah I know, but that would involve me walking around...................

Alot of the email addresses do not work, as listed on there website! Then when you do track the real website down, their new one does not either.

It just suprises me the amount of 'full' responces im getting back at this time of year. I expected it from very popular places like the SB. But some of the other ones was very suprising!

I half expect Bill, Geir, Nicke, Hobbo, or someone has advertised about me in the gazette, so no one will touch me! But thats probably because I havent taken my tablet today yet.
