If you change your plans and leave out of the old Don Muang airport on one of the budget carriers (Air Asia, Nok, 1,2,Go) I had visitors w/o problems nor surcharges at the Amari Airport Hotel (across the street by its own walking bridge, expensive) and at the much cheaper Don Muang Mansion serviced apartments 500 m by motorcycle THB 15~20) or taxi THB 50~100) from Amari's front door (not from the terminal! Wrong way, rip off).

Majestic Suites is a great hotel. There are taxis going passed all times of day to take you back to the airport!

No more than 400 THb in taxi including tolls!

Majestic Suites is a great recomendation even if you think it is not that close to the airport.

The thing is there is no nightlife that near to the airport where you could find a girl to take to the girl friendly hotel. Unless you know differently.

Sukumvit where the nightlife it is a 30 - 40 minute taxi ride from either airport.
Most hotels recomended as girl friiendly on this site are not too far from there.

I would much rather have short trip at night to nightlife area then short trip during the daytime to the airport, especially if I am in BKK for 2 nights. Lot easier to get home at night, don't want to be in a cab for 45 minutes after drinking all night.
