Wouldn't recommend using them for short notice bookings ,<3 days out, but other than that found them fine.

I use them quite often. They are nearly always the cheapest but it is still worthwhile comparing them against the others as they are sometimes not the cheapest.
I am always wary of their hotel reviews as they seem to me to be bodgie at best.
Tripadvisors reviews are much more accurate.

HAVE PUT SOME REVIEWS ON ASIAROOMS AND HAVE PUT IN A BAD ONE WHICH WAS NOT PUBLISHED.BUT IT WAS OVER NOT HAVING ROOM AVAILABLE AS ORDERED AND ONLY ONCE.

Found this review at another forum about Asiarooms :
Thailand Travel / Travel Agents / Hotel Warnings
I have tried many booking sites and have never had any problems with Sawadee.com.
One site put a hold on my visa card and would not confirm a booking for over two weeks. In the end I had to threaten them to either confirm the booking or release the hold. They released the hold and I booked elsewhere.

Never used asiarooms but I'd recommend asiatravel.com as another reliable alternative.
