C&N Hotel Patong - Email Problems

I have been trying to contact C&N Hotel in Patong to book a room for my next visit in November.

Emails to info@cnhotelpatong.com are being returned with an error message:

----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to mail.cnhotelpatong.com.:
>>> DATA
<<< 452 4.2.2 Disk quota exceeded
<info@cnhotelpatong.com>... Deferred: 452 4.2.2 Disk quota exceeded

email verification here also returns reports that the email address is unavailable.

Is anyone else having problems? Are C&N aware of a problem? I suspect it is really peaceful in their booking department right now.

\Mike

Sound like they haven't been checking mails and now their mail server is full (probably spam). Maybe just have to call them or try resending in a week.

Not sure if its connected but when I walked past the other day they had the builders in redoing the underneath, where the restaraunt and shops were.

C&N finally answer my email. The strange part is that, I tried calling them last night and for some odd reason the phone # wasn't working.

email validation here is now showing that the mailbox is OK:

MAIL FROM:<admin@Network-Tools.com>
250 2.1.0 <admin@Network-Tools.com>... Sender ok
RCPT TO:<info@cnhotelpatong.com>
250 2.1.5 <info@cnhotelpatong.com>... Recipient ok

They still haven't replied - they prolly have a bit of a backlog to deal with.

I emailed them before we departed for Phuket to remind them to pick us up in the airport. It did not go through. So we had to take a taxi.

C&N Price Hike?

Well, I asked C&N for my usual discount and just got an email back from them:

Dear sir,

Which is now our hotel improve all of the room.every period we up move price
200 baht

The best price they will quote me now is 1,100 baht per night - I paid 900 baht last November.

Has anyone checked out the "improve all of the room"? Is it worth the extra? Or should I look elsewhere?

\Mike

you got Expat, PS hotel and a few others in the same block. There's also a bungalow type hotel on the left side of C&N as you're leaving the steps.
