Looking for house or apartment 20k max.

Hi All

My friends father is coming October 10th for 6 months and needs a place to stay in Patong.
He requires 1-2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and fully furnished with UBC etc.

He is willing to pay upto 20'000 baht a month for the right place. If you have any where in mind please let me know.
