Ta and me want to thanks Bill, Cathy, Somsak and the rest of the staff for the nice welcome and care during our stay.

My GF especially told me that she really felt treated like normal guest and not as a (ex) BG.

I know that you praise it to the hilt George but twice i have emailed the SB and never received a reply.
Maybe they're too busy getting smashed with their guests?

Might I presume that you are talking about Summer Breeze Hotel on Soi Sansabai in Patong?

If you have not gotten a reply from us, I do apologize. Sometimes I may delete mail by mistake as we get hundreds of pieces of junk each day.
My self or my manager endeavor to reply to EVERY email within 12 hours. This is our bread and butter....it is how we live....so I would NEVER not answer.
I don't know you, so I hope you were joking when you stated we were possible getting too smashed with our guests: drunk. If you knew me, you wouldn't say that.

Bill and staff do not get drunk, with the guests or otherwise.

This is not a cowboy outfit, it is a first clas professional establishment where everyone is treated ith respect and accorded dignity.
