What are they saying !
They want me to confirm my reservation, but they cant guarantee that I can have my 2 rooms ?

Your request had been note and we will try our best but cannot guarantee due to still in the high season.

Until you have paid for the room it's not yours. Since it's high season there is major competition. I would keep trying others.

Yes you are right, I keep trying other places. But if a book another hotel , there will be no problems ?

If you are booked then you have a room. dot. I dont know why they say its not guaranteed, thats very strange. Also booking with many hotels is also bad, as they expect you to show up and decline other bookings when full.

If they cant confirm you have a room then book with someone else who can, but dont book with multiple hotels, that cause big problems for them if you dont show up.

If you want the hotel ask them to confirm definitly the reservation.
I think then they will confirm your dates.

This is the first time I've used online booking, & after 3 or 4 emails I have confirmation that my credit card has been debited with the deposit & that I have a room. This is with Stoney Monday via the Sawadee Payment System

Today I send them a mail and tell them that if they can`t give me any guarantee, I have to look for another place to stay.

I dont think they have any waiting list.
