That's the best I've seen for a while as well, I can't see how they can get much cheaper than that.

I'd grab that flight while it's still available Dan. Pretty good price after seeing £500+ for so long.

Not sure which port is referenced, but JET Airways is Mumbai based and have gotten some fantastic ratings.

Agreed Jet Airways are good, I am a frequent flyer with them BKK-DEL. They fly a lot of flights out of Del so be careful it's the 2nd worst airport I've been to, the 1st being Kabul in Afghanistan

First visit was around Chrimbo in 2001, wearing the 'green' and duckin' and divin' like Barry McGuigan on Speed.

5555555555, i only had to bribe my way in to the airport, the afghan army just hold you at the permimeter fence until you pay some money to get, was a bit scary at the time

It's only a few quid and you can never tell which way they are going to go. I think some of the airlines are being fairer about the fuel surcharge now as well, but if that changes then the prices will go back up; at least you are paid up and know how much your flight is costing. You still got a real bargain there.

Just seen Cathay Pacific to Phuket thru Hong Kong in Feb most dates for £479 from LHR. Only 50mins on ground at Hong Kong going out. 8 hours on return but there is a fast train to hk central you could go for a meal or a look at the peak or something. Great price tkt.

I just had a look for LHR-BKK flights and I reckon Etihad are wiping the floor with everyone at the minute; very close to £400 for early 2009. If you can afford to travel just now flights are a bargain

flight prices seem to be comin down, havent seen them so low for a while.....etihad seem to be the best deal at around £400,for all those who dont mind an indirect flight, but also Eva are looking around £460 for around songkran, and that was looking briefly, maybe some better deals out there.
A step in the right direction me thinks.

You're kidding right? Etihad have put the price of the same flight I booked back in June up by £250! They are still the cheapest though.

Going April 3rd. We paid £620 and now it's gone up to just over £870 for exactly the same flights! Madness. They're only the cheapest by about £3 though, the price is now comparable to that of Singapore Airlines who aren't exactly renowned for their value.

(Anyone know if Abu Dhabi T3 is open yet?)

ok...but seems pricey.......fair enough if u want to book early, but i dont see no justice in it pricewise.

deals would have been in the last few months for april time.....if u shop about now,bet u could get same flight or with another in the £400 range.maybe wrong.

BTW its not a dig at u or anyone else, just stating from previous experience......saying that i am well renowned for booking late.

Just booked through West East travel, London to Phuket with Thai at £528 depart 15/04

They seem to be one of the few places where you get the "free" internal flight.

No such thing as a free flight, you still pay the taxes.

i got mine for out mar ret apr for just over £550 with thai.with a week in patts too before patong.phoned up quite a few of the so called flight specialists and actually got it the cheapest with my travel agent 2 miles up the road so dont rule out your local agent!admittadly i had to slightly change my return date by 1 day from my original plans but at least they bothered to check it out for me

just my two penneths worth anyway

everytime i go on etihad site i find dead cheap prices and go to book it either kicks you out of the site of says that date isnt available so gave up in the end, plus i cant be bothered with the stopover,im not a huge fan of flying so the less up and downing of the planes i can avoid the better.plus it always buggers up my ears for the first few days too!
