yes it is the correct price, they raised there prices but it is now included breakfast so it is same same, but it is a good hotel, very close to the action and no problems with bringing ladies back
enjoy

It's a basic hotel with a nice pool area, location not too bad right at the end of Soi Sunset, 5 mins walk from the action if that.
There are rooms with fans and rooms with aircon, in my opinion if you dont care about the pool, C&N is a better hotel
Expat is Farang owned and run, food isnt bad in the small restaurant either.

That seems a bit dear, even during high season. Perhaps C&N would be worth looking into. Am I the only BM who thinks 1,450 for a 30 day stay is a bit high?

Hi!
It's about double the price we paid on march (700 bahts), so I think it is quite much, especially if you are staying long time. We had then the cheapest rooms, but they were OK too (without air conditioning). Otherwise OK hotel with a good location, but check the price again...

Ive Stayed There............
Hi Andy .
The Pool Is Good In Expat..probably The Deepest Ive Ever Swan In....but The Pool Is Surrounded By Trees.and Trees Means Moqquitoes And Those Little Fcukers Love Me..so I Only Chilled Out There 2 Or 3 Times.......
The Rooms Were Smalll And Only Ok............
Nice Resterant And They Have A Very Good In House Movies......
So All In All Not A Bad Hotel ...but Mite Get Better Value Else Where.
Jonny.........

If you need a pool and want a great hotel
I have another friend who owns a hotel on the hillside overlooking Patong. It's called the Hilltop hotel the highest hotel in Patong and the owners name is Dominick. You can't walk to it from Bangla but if your staying 32 days you will want to rent a motorcycle anyways and this hotel is quite awesome. In fact I like it so much at the end of July when my rental agreement is up on my house I will stay at the hotel for 6 months. info@hilltophotel or his number is 076-296-787
Hope this helps!
