Family friendly hotel in karon-kata 2/08

Hi!

Planning trip trip to phuket next february. Any tips on good hotel? How hard it's to find hotel at that time for two adults and two children?

What we are looking for hotel:
-good location ideally between kata and karon (near dino park)
-good price, not too fancy. Hotel is just for sleeping
-clean rooms and good service

I am not sure of the hotel name but my sister and her family used a hotel called Sawasdee I think, only few minutes walk from Dino Park. Lots of families and children there and a big swimming pool with slides for the kids.

She was happy with the place. Its on the road behind Kata beach.

For a family - Diamond Cottage just Kata side of the Dino Park and nice split level swimming pool at the hotel
