Scooby Do is 30 next year and I was thinking of having a few folks out to Phuket to celebrate, and what I thought might be an idea is possibly renting a villa.

Any expats know of say a three or four bed villa for rent?

Good location out there, tho I prefer Baan Sabai at those rates..

If you have a budget thats not lean theres some superb options around.

When I first came to Thailand this was on the market for 1 mil USD and at the time it seemed like pie in the sky numbers, now I would jump at that price myself. It has really nice touches like the game room (pool table) looks through into underwater the pool etc.. When people talk about real 'pads' this is right up there in the hard to buy category.. Looks back over patong bay..
