Going to Phuket on Aug 6th to 12th.

I have been lurking around this forum for the past month now and have been reading the threads especially ones with attachments. I was in Phuket last year and I totally loved every minute of it. And wished I stayed there longer but this time we plan on heading back there again. Here is my situation it is going to be four of us. We want a nice hotel close to the action and all. And what airline do you recommend for travel to Phuket? AirAsia? Because I have checked their site and it does not look like they have any available flights for those dates, but I maybe mistaken. Should I go through a travel agent when I get to BKK? Because I have a feeling we are going to get ripped off again and do not want to face that again. But last year it was not too bad. It was like 200 (8,000b)USD for flight and 4 night stay at Tony Resort. It was a nice hotel.

What to do. I leave for LOS on July 25th. Thanks again!

If AirAsia is fully booked you can always take Thai Airways, I think the current price is 3600 r/t. (Ord. 5500 baht)

There are so many hotels around so it's up to your budget, many BM stay at C&N hotel who charges 5-600 baht in low season.
