Lawan v Casa Jip

Hi all, I have booked a room at Lawan residence from 21/2 to 3/3. I am then going " up country" somewhere for a few days. When I come back I was thinking of staying at the Casa Jip if I can't get back in to Lawan. Anyone stayed at any of these two places and can give me any info?. I know both are GF and locations are similar and good for BR.
