Never used Oman Air, but Muscat Airport isn't a place I'd like to stay at for too long. Very little to do there.
Only problem with that offer is that its restricted to 7 days in late April departing, and return on 5 days Early May. But an offer is an offer, and for £399 it is pretty good.

That is exactly the problem that I have found with many Airline Network offers - they mention a good price and a 'dates from', but when you investigate it is only actually available on a limited number of dates.
Also, the offer mentioned by the OP ... the web-site does not initially mention who you'll be flying with, so you would naturally assume that it is a non-stop flight.
