E-mail to Summer Breeze Hotel
I had some questions, so I sent an e-mail to Summer Breeze two days ago. I used the address info at summerbreezehotel dot com. I haven't got an answer yet. Can someone tell me if this is an valid address? At least I got my reservation confirmation from that address. Or do they have some better e-mail address?
I'm arriving on march 12 I'd rather e-mail than phone them.

Try sending a P.M (Private Message) to billpay , it is his place and I'm sure he could deal with your questions.

You should get your reply shortly. Billpay, a BM, is the owner with his partner Kurt, so if you have any problems with their reply, just send Bill a PM. He will answer you for sure.
Edit - Too late ............again 5555

Since this is a question about our email, I'd like to answer without advertising. We ALWAYS answer emails, that we receive, within 24 hrs....usually within 2-12 hrs.....unless we are having internet problems.....which is happenening less and less. Sometimes our response is taken for junkmail or spam, so to the customer it looks as if we did not respond.
Sorry for any problems you've had in the past, we'll do all we can to answer all communications in a timely manner.
Cheers,
Bill

Sort of feel sorry for the folks at Summer Breeze .... now they have two email addresses exposed to Spam-Spiders.

My ISP decided the reply from Summer Breeze was spam. I'm pleased I found it there as otherwise I may be wondering where my reply was.
I'm all booked, deposit paid etc in less than 24hrs since my booking request

Btw, somehow my e-mail hadn't been delivered!? Well, these things happen sometimes on the net.

Make sure you get the penthouse, he gave me that free for 2 weeks when he didnt answer an email in 24 hours. Better than ordering a pizza.
