Don't know much about this hotel. But last time I stayed in Blue Ocean Resort, they have nice rooms and very friendly. If you send them a e-mail before you come. You don't need to pay extra for bringing a girl to your room.

hi chopperman

email them asking what their guest policy is -generally the posher the hotel is the less lightly they will be guest friendly, meaning they will try to screw about 500--1000bht out of u for each night u have a joiner! if they say that they are guest friendly, take a copy of this, and take it with u, just in case they conveniently change their mind when u book in !have a great time mate !ps-make sure ur booked into a room with a double bed not 2 singles!i made that mistake!
