Hotel with whirlepool

Hello !
Do anybody know, if there are hotels, bungalows , guesthouses, etc. in Patong with a whirepool. - or a big bathtub for 2 people ? - I mean not a 5 star hotel , but an accomodation to reasonable prices. I think it is hardly to find.

Valhalla, bar restaurant, hotel - Viking paradise

after looking into staying there when I got the bad new SB was full I found that is was a cool place with a good price the only problem to much of a party place for me...it is defenatly GF but sounded roudy.

I think there's a thread about this Valhalla closing & another opening on the hill. If you do a search on Valhalla it should turn up

I found it thru a german forum. There many people post positiv about it and the pictures the people post there live from the room are even better than the pix at the webpage.
The problem about to many positiv comments are that the place now is packed. I couldnīt get a room.

Last december, I stayed at the Jacuzzi room of Baithong hotel and found it great value for money. The room has everything you can wish for. Two flatscreens, one in the actual room, another at the jacuzzi corner.
There's a separate bathroom with a window on the streetside which you can open to get the bathroom refreshed. The separate bathroom has a shower cubicle.
The double bed is huge and very comfortable. One night during my birthday, I had two girls with me staying overnight -nobody cares- and we slept all three with ample space (however we did'nt needed that ).
Complete with tea- and coffee facilities, a in-room safe, condoms, mini bar.

I have to say however the the jacuzzi lacks a bit of strong waterpower.
Also note that during the night the front door will be locked between midnight and 6.00am which you need to carry the front door key.
Because I'm such a night-owl and me coming to the room after 6 am every day, this minor inconvenience did'nt bothered me.
Absolutely GF and Rudy is a great guy as is the staff.

Another in-room jacuzzi hotel HIGLY recommended is the Royal Phawadee Hotel. This Thai-style boutique is absolutely stunning and my top-favourite in Patong. I can tell that I have stayed in a number of different places during the past 16 years in Patong but this one is on top of my wish-list ever since.
Picture this : a single house build in a tropical garden with lots of shade from the palm trees with a verandah. Outside the verandah is a small teak table and chairs to have your breakfast or lunch. Lovely.
Inside the room: A huge romantic four-poster bed, flatscreen tv, leather seat, coffee- and tea facilities, in-room electronic safe, slippers, bathrobe, umbrella and more...
Then the bathroom...
A stylish double sink with wall to wall mirror, a corner jacuzzi with strong waterpower and enough space for two. A separate shower cubicle and a separate toilet in a separate room. Very nice.
The maid sprays some very nice odor daily which gives the room a very relaxing touch and feel. Very nice place to impress your girl.

Outside there's a very nice landscaped swimming pool where during low season you sometimes have the entire pool for yourself (happened to me last year in august).
The restaurants serves delicous food. Breakfast is very extensive and heaps of choices of fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries and more.

In short: if you have the money go for the Royal Phawadee - you wont regret it. It is money well spent.
Book long in advance on this one as there are only a few Pavillion rooms (jacuzzi room).
I will stay there again next april 29 for two weeks when I arrive back in Phuket. During low season the price is ok.
Also very GF, never had a problem.

Sorry, I don't have pictures.
