Coming at the end of June

Hi Guys,
its been almost 1 year that i have not checked this site, it feels good to be back. i have some questions, your help is much appreciated.
i will be in Thailand as follows:
June 26 to 28 (Bangkok)
June 28 to 30 (Phuket)
June 30 to July 1 (Bangkok)
(1) whats the best hotel you can recommend (location as close as possible to the center, has to be 5 stars or mimimum 4, price is not an issue). Please advise for Bangkok and Phuket.
last time i have stayed at Sofitel in Bangkok (very nice) and Laguna something, sorry i forgot the name in Phuket (it was nice but too far, waste of time every day).
(2) prices for girls, were around 2000 baht, still the same ?
i am in Dubai now, work is done, i will read your replies tomorrow morning

In Bangkok: Dynasty Inn Grande is ok (4 stars in think), around the corner from Nana square and a skytrain stop, 15-20 min walk from soi cowboy, or 5 min if you take the skytrain. Hotel is gf, which is not always the case in top hotels.
Phuket: dunno, i stay in guesthouses
Girls: prices still the same i guess
