Looking for ex owners of Palm Gardens Patong

Hi, does anyone know the whereabouts of Nick and Sandy who used to own the Palm Gardens Guest house on Rat u thit road just along from Nickys handlebar? If you do please pass on their contact information. I spent many a good time with Nick and Sandy from UK. Thanks in advance
