has anyone stayed here before. its in patong and looks pretty nice, not that expensive either? i think i might stay there for a cuple weeks while im looking for a place to live

I have used them to book for mates of mine staying longer term and cheap..

New rooms.. Luxury / higher end rooms huge and great... Small pool mostly out of the sun... High % of German guests.

All in all I reccomend them based on price.. I think I got one month over Song Gran for my mate at 12k (300 baht per night) for a nice clean new room and daily maid service, with a pool thats a superb deal.

However, when he was arriving his flight was due in late at night, I called them lunchtime and confirmed the booking and his arrival time to make sure they were relaxed about it. When he arrived they gave him a dumpy room round the back (I had left at this point after dropping him with reception) and as soon as I found out I went back in as they had specifically shown me a room he was supposed to occupy. They then gavce me a song and dance about they had forgotten his reservation (despite me confirming multiple times and calling that very day) and it was the only room they could do for a day or two. He did not push the issue and was in the not great room for maybee a week out of the month until I again went and sorted it with them.

So perhaps I bargained too hard or perhaps they thought they could get away with it but I got the impression they will mess you about if you let them. After being polite but firm they did clear it up..

Great price (especially the upper end rooms.. Cant beat the 32sqm suites at low season), clean, new, pool, etc just keep your eye on them.

BTW if you want longer stay mini apartments or even long term apartments I have a couple.. When do you need them ??

i would be into that maybe. im arriving dec12-too 3mos-1yr. i am gonna stay in a hotel for a copule weeks and look around. let me know what you have

i will probably be there. i had a good time with you guys so i might shoot down to bali and maybe vietnam for a little while late feb-march and come back when you guys are coming
