When does it get more economical to rent than to stay in an Hotel,. Can you get short term rents down to 3 months? Also what about renting a car for 3 months or can you buy oine and then sell it?

I recommend room or apartment for longer stays than 1 month, rent from 5-30,000 baht month depending on your needs. I pay 12,000 for my apartment.

anything more than a month go for a long stay studio etc..

I can hook you up with nice clean monthly apartments in the 15k range on Nanai.

lol only joking the hotel whas grate and i like to stay in a hotel and have the cleaning lady to fix the mess everyday

Hotels or guesthouses accept bookings in advance but this is not true for room/apartments, you have to look around when you arribe what is available. But in peak season it is not so easy to find a good one, most good options are already occupied by long term visitors.

Sting, I think the place you stayed at last time is a great place with nice staff. If you plan to stay long time again I can help you find an apartment.
