Seems to be a very good deal to me. I don't know the airline though, but it's such a short flight. I wouldn't worry about legspace, food, etc. for that kind of money.

You have got a good price charlie.Today, a return in December is £134 return on their website.
www.silkair.com
They are the sister company of Singapore Airways and are a good airline as are Singapore. Its only 1hr 20 flight and you will be served a snack and drink.

You can get a one way ticket from Sillypore, Changi Airport from S$30.00 from Tiger Airways - Air Asia does a similiar deal but you need to get a taxi down the causeway into Malaysia to fly from JB.

Just cheak out their websites and away you go.

Depart from/to Phuket International Airport Singapore 1st flight: 5 Nov 2004 from THB1200 / S$49.99.

That says it all. You can also try Tiger Airways which is my personal favourite. Brouht me up here to Phuket twice in 2 weeks. Both trips return below US $70 b4 taxes.
