    Have been looking at prices have foud a return for 65 pounds (sing air), is this good? Are there any airlines that anyone would go for? cheers

    Seems to be a very good deal to me. I don't know the airline though, but it's such a short flight. I wouldn't worry about legspace, food, etc. for that kind of money.

    They are the sister company of Singapore Airways and are a good airline as are Singapore.Its only 1hr 20 flight and you will be served a snack and drink.

    You can get a one way ticket from Sillypore, Changi Airport from S$30.00 from Tiger Airways - Air Asia does a similiar deal but you need to get a taxi down the causeway into Malaysia to fly from JB.

    Just cheak out their websites and away you go.

    Baf, i was looking on the airasia site the other day, it appears they are now flying SIN-HKT direct, no need to go from JB anymore!

    Depart from/to Phuket International Airport Singapore 1st flight: 5 Nov 2004 from THB1200 / S$49.99.

    That says it all. You can also try Tiger Airways which is my personal favourite. Brouht me up here to Phuket twice in 2 weeks. Both trips return below US $70 b4 taxes.
