Baan Suan Villa

Hey guy have any off you stayed at Baan Suan Villa before? if yes how is the standard/service there?

Baan Suan is up on 50 Pee Rd (the mountain Rd) a motorbike becomes an absolute must as hard to get pickups and expensive drop offs and a long hike into town.. That said I love it up on the hill as the breeze is great and the view is also of the whole bay.. You also get away from the buslt of town and enjoy the quiet..

Baan suan is getting a bit long in the tooth.. I nearly had an apartment there one vacation but on check in the room has a bit of a musty smell (not bad just needed to be aired) and the decor could have done with a fresh coat of paint.. These things may have happened as this was a couple of years back..

Better rooms in Baan Suan 2 (over the road but can still use the pool etc) which is managed by my mate Byron now.. They even have a full penthouse apartment that is very economical for the size and view you get..

Mates of mine have literally lived for months in these places (at vastly reduced rates.. Lw season is it a steal) and also in the mansion on the hill next door to Baan Suan 2 (even better value IMHO.. I think my mates big room / studio flat with jungle view was 6 or 7 k per month on credit and a slate for all his meals and bar bills settled when he got some work later.. Thats trust and friendly.. Good food in the Mansion on the Hill too..

Much more luxurious is the Hilltop hotel also on the same Rd.. Much mre prices also though
