changed rates

i have just looked at www.latestays.com and they have just changed the rates to up, patong villa for example was 1,300 baths for the next few days, in a few hours it has just growned up to 1,500, does somebody know why?

Surfer girl,

As the hotels are getting busier there is no reason to offer discounts as in low season. Lot of hotels already have high occupancy rates for coming months or fully booked.

As a side note, Patong Villa charge 2000 baht/night in peak season, before and after christmas and new year.
