The Sand Inn

Hi guys

I tried to look it up first with the search feature on this site but I was not
successful. Earlier this week I was talking to a girl who I knew from previous visits to Patong and I told her that I'm planning a trip over to Patong in Feb 2005 all on my own.

I told her that I was thinking about staying at C&N hotel on rat u thit road close to Bangla. She told me that I also had to inform me about the Sand Inn, found there website, but this site is not very revealing.

So I would like some insights (good rooms, prices, joiner fee, etc....)from people who have allready stayed at
The Sand Inn in Patong.

Thanks a lot

Hi Steven 11 -

Sand Inn we've known over 10 years - as we live here now no need to stay there but we know the staff very well.

No joiner fees and rooms are good enough, things might be worth you considering-

Upside - great location - even closer to Bangla action than C&N, and excellent resturant. Also after hours action is centered around Sand Inn junction.

Downside - Jungceylon construction just behind Sand Inn - you might want to request a front room, but the main contruction is now nearly complete, so leave internal fitting etc (due to open Feb 2005). If your and early/light sleeper the extended night life downstairs maybe a downer.
