Question Phuket Airlines Baggage Allowances

Does anyone have any recent info. on the baggage allowances (any extra allowance for scuba gear?) for Phuket Airlines Bangkok to Phuket and their excess baggage charges?

I've emailed them but no reply as yet (7.4 days to go... ).

Cheers,

Ken

most standard airlines allow 20kg for international flights, some allow a lot more.but expect it to be expensive if you go over this weight.1 thing i have learnt since being in the airline industry is if you have seriously over weight bags then make sure you wait til near the end of the qeue for checking in,this way when they weigh your bags they will see the toal weeight versus the actual weight.usually gets people off paying(airline staff at least )
i know this works with ba.cannot see why others dont do the same.

Thanks Steve,

I'm wondering how strict they are over carry-on - my laptop and scuba regulators alone are 7kg without the bag. The last and only BA flight I took (London-Philly) said 7kg, but my boss checked in with *way* over that (though within size limits).

K.
