Beau Rivage Hotel

After a couple of days in another hotel I moved to Beau Rivage Hotel on Ratuthit Road (near Patong Beach Road).

Don't expect the Hilton, but I think it was good value for money. Had a spacious quiet room with airco, TV and mini bar on the ground floor. When I opened my front door I was on a patio. No joiner fee. Lots of cheap restaurants nearby for breakfast and evening meals. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Sometimes walked, but most of the times took a motorcycle taxi for 20 baht, which brought me to Bangla Road within five minutes.

Laid back place where I paid 800 baht a night in high season. 7/11 next to it and compared to the other Patong hotels I stayed in, I really liked it as I could leave my room without passing nearby clothes shops (Hey friend, where you from, you want nice suit?) or massage places (Hey handsome, you want good massage?), who would be asking me the same questions each day over and over again.

Just thought I should share this information as this hotel seems to be unknown to the board.
