Anyone have opinions and experiences with this hotel?
Location looks ideal, in the middle of beach road, close to MTB and all the action.

Is it "Guestfriendly"?

Nice rooms ? (Looks so on the webpage...)

Stayed there 4-5 times, very nice place and as you say location is perfect.
If you do order, email them asking for a offer, be specific that joiner should be included.
Have heard folks have been asked to pay joiner charge there, I never have cause I make it very clear upon ordering.

Staff is good, restaurant very good for seafood.

Rooms good with very good aircondition.

All in all a good place to stay, ask for a room on ground floor facing the pool

Shortcut through restaurant will bring you into Bangla in less then 20 secs

Only negative thing I have to say about it is that I think it is a bit expensive during high season, otherwise it's perfect.

just about sums it up. It's still my first choice in Patong.

I stayed there in 2000. Great location (before the tsunami) but overpriced. When I stayed there, their joiner fee was 800 B if I recall and the security guard kept the IDs. Some reports stated that they changed their guest policy and are now guest friendly.
The hotel is up and running.
