Hi guys,

Could anyone provide me some info about Swiss Park Hotel, Sukhumvit road, Soi 11 in BKK. Regarding accomodation etc and joiner fee?

i stayed there at christmas for what should have been two nights. but my flight was delayed by 22 hours , so i only managed one night.

the guy on reception tried to make a scene because i booked in on arrival with my thai girl friend beside me. he said that my reservation implied i was travelling alone.

i just ignored him really and asked for my key to my room , as i was pretty fed up missing one full day already. i think they may charge a fee for girls you bring back to your room, but as i checked in with her beside me, he was confused.

the room was ok for 1200 baht and right beside everywhere you would need to get to. it is ok, but just be arrogant to the man at the desk and take him down a peg. he is about 25, and wears a black uniform.

the lifts and stairs are on the left when you come in, so you can avoid reception at night .
