Just heard today Thai Airways are going to be promoting Phuket in June,July, August etc they haven't released anything yet but they are going to be offering free flights from Bkk to Phkt as well as cheap airfares and package deals.

Just ran a search on Zuji for July and came up with Thai @ $890 NZD this is the cheapest it's ever been should be cheaper out of Sydney.

It must be about the same distance 14hrs to Bkk = 300 quid.

Actually it's 343.356 haven't brought any sterling for a while, still pretty cheap.

The packages quoted are always twin share and the hotels aren't always guest friendly I've got the flight return AKL TO HKT for under a grand and that's pretty good usually you can get BKK in low season for that but this year they have thrown in return flights to HKT to boost business a bit after the Tsunami.

Not really if I was taking a GF from here maybe but there's no point in taking sand to Arabia.

They will usually do just a flight deal if it's on Thai and this one is, Quantas and BA just had a promo for LOS in March also.

$995 ex perth 10 nights, taxes, transfers, breakfast, flight. Thats a bargain. This is current and may get even cheaper in the coming months

I am also in Perth where did you get this deal?

What hotel? Is it based on twin or single share? When is the travel period for?

Stop press Emirates are now offering Akl to Bkk for $777plus taxes valid for travel 2nd May to 30th June that's $200 cheaper than Thai.

I'm pretty sure it's direct via Sydney I just sent them an email.
