Bangkok to Pattaya

Hi BM's i was thinking about spending 4 or 5 days in Pattaya b4 going to Phuket i can get a flight from Pattaya to Phuket with bangkok air but it looks like they dont do flights from Bangkok to Pattaya going by there website i will be arriving at Bangkok about 8pm can any one tell me the best way to get to Pattaya from Bangkok airport and how much i have read that it is a 2hr trip by car this would be ok can i take a taxi or is there a better way thanks BM's

You can get taxi or a limo, I think the price varies between 1200/1400bt including tolls roughly.

Thanks for the info by the look of it i won't have to much trouble getting there
