I think it is best if you are still interested you contact me when you are
over here in Patong. Please take note that I will leave Patong on 19.05. for
about a month. If the apartment is still available we should arrange a

The modern NANAI Apartments are located in Patong Beach on Phuket Island's
west coast, about a 45 minutes ride from Phuket International Airport.
Patong Beach is one of Phuket's most popular beaches. Almost three
kilometres long, the beach itself consists of beautiful white sand and is
set in a deep oval bay ringed by lush green mountains. Despite the high
level of development in Patong, the ocean remains clear and clean.

At night, Patong Beach is the centre of many nightlife activities on Phuket.
It centers around the main street of Soi Bangla, where restaurants, beer
bars and discos are to be found.

Patong Beach offers a variety of activities for everyone. The beach chairs
and umbrellas, however, are rented from private vendors for a small fee.
Many other services are available on the beach such as traditional Thai
massage, jet ski, traditional long tail boat rides etc.

The NANAI Apartments are situated in a quiet area near one of Patongs
fastest developing commercial streets, the Nanai Road. Supermarkets, laundry
shops, bars and international restaurants are just a few footsteps away. The
beach and the main entertainment venues are about 1.5 km away.

Monthly rental:

1 month x Baht 11000 = Baht 11000
2 months x Baht 10500 = Baht 21000
3 months x Baht 10000 = Baht 30000
4 months x Baht 9500 = Baht 38000
5 months x Baht 9000 = Baht 45000
6 months x Baht 8500 = Baht 51000

This rent includes all side costs like water, garbage, cable TV etc.
excluding electricity

Cost of electricity: Baht 6/unit

The rent to be paid in advance

Security: A deposit of Baht 2500 is requested

Optional: Immediate unlimited high-speed internet access: Baht 1000/month

I am thinking i will contact him when i arrive, does this seem like a good deal or is there better available??

The monthly rate is good without seeing the place it's hard to tell there are quite a few apartments up on Nanai it's not Nanai Villa they are serviced.

Cost is about fair... size (40 sqm) is not large for a bedroom / living room place but not tiny either..

6 baht a unit (elec) is overcharging by about 2 - 3 baht depending on usage..

Having the Hi Speed internet immediate for 1k is a good deal..

All in all it dependfs if its clean and nicely furnished.. if it is its sounds ok.. if its not then keep looking.. Lots of deals coming up as from now..
