Patong Beach Lodge more or less opposite christins massage.
2 star average { thin walls } small pool { not much sun } Clean, reasonably quiet, staff pleasant. Currently 300 baht joiner fee {doesn't worry me more of a ST man } Can't be to bad I have booked for end of July for 21days { very good package price from WA } They have a website - www patongbeachlodge.com

If you don't care about the pool I can reccommend the Andaman Sea Guesthouse which is just next door, good rooms, very guest friendly,500 baht per night low season, 1000 baht high season, PM me for more info.
