Help??
G'day lads, I will be arriving in Patong soon and intend to stay for a month..maybe a bit longer. Is it possible to rent out apartments for only 1 month. I only need 1 bedroom and little kitchenette. TV and aircon, bathroom. If there is anything like this that is somewhat close to all the action in Patong, could you please let me know...and prices would be good to. Usually just stay in guesthouse, but am thinking this time an apartment may be better option. Anyway, thanks for any help. Cheers.

try patong condotel or the grand condotel, it's about 10 mins walk from Bangla and quiet at night, the grand condotel has studio apartments for about 700 baht a night this time of year. It is on the north end of rat du thit road about 100 metres past the siam commercial bank. I stayed in the condotel over xmas and new year which is about 5o metres from the grand condotel and it was really good.

Look around on Nanai.. Studio rooms and mini apartments are available but you need to go hunting.. Might help to have a tilak haggling and reading for rent signs

Nanai road have many apartments for rent, around 6-12,000 baht/month. But you will need a motorbike or use taxi all the time (or walk).
