Marc,
Can't say as I know about BOS/BKK. However, Thai Airway's recently started nonstop from JFK/BKK...at some pretty nice introduction fares.
You probably are aware of that already.

Marc,
I think that there is probably much more service, "eastbound", out of BOS. Perhaps, a connection from somewhere in Europe, to BKK. It's about a "tossup", as far a total distance goes. (eastbound vs westbound)

I flew out of JFK and drove up to Massachusetts, I live about 40 minutes outside of boston. That 3 hour drive home is a killer after the 17 hour flight. Even worse was the 8 hours I did at work after driving!
I'll do it again though. A direct flight is worth it.

Boston to Bkk
Hi Marc
I just got a qoute.
Boston to BKK in August $950 including taxes Northwest. this has too many connections. Bos-Detroit-Narita-bangkok.
Thai JFK-BKK $1425
Korean $1260 Bos-Seoul-Bkk
All of them will arive around the same time. But thai will be there earlier.
