my friend is coming from la. is there any non-stop flights to bkk or at least non-stop to hkg. what airlines

Thai Airways Int'l., LAX/BKK via Osaka, Japan. Leaves LAX around 1:00 PM, and arrives BKK around 10:45 PM.
Also, Singapore Airlines from LAX, nonstop to SIN...Silk Air to BKK, or HKT. Pablo

Most flights stop in Taipei or their home country to refuel (until the 777-200LR jets start flying to BKK). China air is cheap and standard, EVA has some good reviews and reasonable, Thai air is supposed to be nicer...all are around 19hrs including the stop in Taipei.
