Phuket Thailand

My GF & I will be going to Phuket soon & have booked ourselves in P. Premier. Our last few visits saw us staying at Sheraton Grande & Dusit, but we're NOT going to go THAT far away this time & would like to be closer to where the action is.

Just wondering, does anyone have any idea of how this hotel is like? We have booked, but not guaranteed the booking. At one point, I have stayed at the Holiday Inn which I found convenient, but that was during a company trip with 150 people in tow. If Patong Premier is not really great, in your estimation, I'll move over to Holiday Inn. Thing is, the staff have been rather pleasant during my calls there & the rooms look ok. Having said that, I've seen really great rooms on the net, only to be Very disappointed in person.

Any feedback please?

Holiday Inn is being refurbished as we speak and is scheduled to be finished in october. They are open for business but the beach side is closed off.

Just a couple of days to go. I train my reps for one more day & then off I go the next. Thanks, Nicke for replying my PM & Eric1 for the info.

We will definitely leave the hotel this time & go walkabouts.

I had a great time in Phuket. Stayed at the Patong Premier opp. Club Andaman & I can say, the rooms are okay, very clean & staff really friendly. All we needed to do was say what we wanted & voila!, it was done. Want half day excursion? Done at B850. Want to go to Simon's? Done at B500 plus transport, etc, etc. Great hotel, but breakfast was "normal". Eggs & toast with bacon kinda thing. Good for a quick one before hopping on a samlor & going somewhere. BTW, the hotel does a 3+1 package at B5190 inc. airport tfr.

GF & I had a good time. The last time she was there was 5 yrs ago with another BF & didn't really go sight seeing. I must say though, Simon Cabaret doesn't seem to be as good as before.

We had an oil massage in the room & I was so turned on, we didn't even wait for the girls to pack before going at each other.

Did drop by Soi Eric during the day, but all were closed, so ended up at Rio to download our mails. All in, GREAT place guys & great forum allowing us to pick & choose what we wanted to do or where to go before hand. No more Sheraton or Dusit for us. We'll be in Patong after this & are already planning another trip in Nov.
