Hi Guys

Currently staying in Pattaya, want to visit Patong Beach for a week starting sep 16th. Looking for hotel meeting following requirements:

Guest friendly, even 2 guests
Cheap (below 1000 baht - cheaper room equals more money for fun)
Location within 20 min of action

Any suggestions?

There's loads will suit you :-) Baan Boa 1 Guesthouse on Pisitkorranee Road has what you want and 2 minutes to bangla road on motorbike. 20baht for motorbike taxi or you can hire a bike for 1000 a week. Room is 500 a night. Will give you plenty of spare money for your punting :-) There's no need to book. All hotels are running at 50% or below occupancy now.

Just spent 10 days at Summer Breeze Hotel...fits the bill, my best stay so far.

Jintana hotel, Baan Ton Sai (End of nanai road, at the intersection to Karon/Kata beach) and both of them have swimming pool.
