What kind of fares are you getting out of San Fransisco? A quick check of internet bookings looks like its much cheaper to transfer through SF than Vancouver?
Cheapest I can find through Van is around $1200US, but Spokane - SF - BKK as low as $690US. Looking for an early Feb booking
