i saw several posts for this but i dont think it was confirmed. is it guest friendly or not?

I think it is guest friendly, Alien stayed there last year.

I would however recommend Sun Hill, Pablo stay there right now and he is very happy with the quality and service of that place, better than Yin Baan Dee and cheaper. So good value for the money for those who want up market place. And it is girl friendly.

its alot cheaper than baan yin dee, but nowhere near the quality of it. but it is a nice hotel. maybe ill stay there

Totally differnt class I agree.. Baan Yin Dee is the most 5* boutique place in Patong IMHO.. Thier honeymoon suites are simply amazing (someone had 200 mil to spend on a hotel and I was trying to assist.. Red carpet treatment up there..) Sun hill is a nice place, friendly enough but little pool and kinda divided by the road..

Club bamboo I hear is a little nicer (and has some suites that are slick).

there are several Leelavadee

Leelavadee Hotel and Leelavadee boutique resort. Leelavadee Boutique Resort is located at the crossing to Karon Beach, just beside C&N Resort. So it is a small walk to the beach or BangLa.

I stayed at Leelavadee Boutique Resort last November. Relatively new, very good rooms (high quality bed, no aircon noise, nice pool area). You get it for 800 baht in the moment at latestays, about 1500 in November i think.

You can forget the breakfast there. Sitting at the pool area fondling with your gf in the night you can watch other bm talking st and ladymen to their room and stop the time they need to finish.

Guest friendly, but you have to do a checkin for two with breakfast for two (same price) to argue against any joiner fees later.
