I'll be in Patong in Dec. "PROBABLY" staying at The Yorkshire INN (apartment). Has anyone ever stayed there?

I know the owners new and old.. OK place, with the baan benjamins pool round the corner.. OK resturant etc (for farang style grubs) and Sansabai location is right on the end of bangla..
No pool in the hotel is about the only complaint.. Usually pretty keenly priced if you haggle.. New owner Paul seems a nice enough fella..
