anyone travelled with them ? normally go with thai air but eva is cheaper, any advice. cheers.

I have not yet flown with them, but from what I've heard ,they are pretty good. Their "Evergreen" service (business class seat with economy class service) is a good deal , much cheaper than business class and at times about the same cost as Thai economy. Would be interested to hear from anyone who has used this service.

i fly eva all the time great airline they have evergreen deluxe class in holland you pay €200 more and you have a bigseat with economy service for big people like me a fantastic deal you also have more leg space if you travel often to thailand like me get a membership airmile card it's free when you have earned enough airmiles you can upgrade economy to evergreen deluxe

i'll fly them in november again paid €850 for evergreen de luxe, economy costs about €650 including all the taxes ,booking costs ,etc.
that's amsterdam- bangkok
the ams bkk route is also very good you arrive in bkk 05.30 and leave 03.20
so no loss of time arrive early in the morning and leaving late after midnight

I am flying evergreen deluxe from glasgow via heathrow on october 27 i have flown 2 times before with them and the service is excellent. the reason i have not done this service more is beceause you have to fly from heathrow and i cant stand that airport, when i used to live in london it was such a hassle to get from east london all the way accross to heathrow it used to do my head in, then i found out i could fly from London city to amsterdam and get on china air or klm and that became my route. Now i am back in scotland i have been going china air via amsterdam,but it was a good price for evergreen deluxe so snapped it up and i suppose its just the same having to fly to heathrow as to amsterdam.
