Sounds like Baan Sukhothai. On the right of Bangla (back to the beach)? If so it is notoriously very not girl friendly.
Check the Baan Sukhothai thread in this section

yes right when you give me the name it is this one, but as you say non friendly, do you recommand a very close to action good hotel ( let say around 2500 baths per night ) and of course girl friendly ( 2 or 3 girls per room )
thanks

The minute you recommend a hotel, someone jumps on you and says you are talking out your hat (or it seems that way sometimes)
That is high season so prices will be fairly high, and I'm not too sure that there are many hotels on Bangla?
Have a look at the Salathai, nice place and a five minute walk away. I'm sure lots of others have a view on this too.

It is high season though, early Jan, so I would get yourself booked PDQ.

Same for me, Its much safer walking, And that extra few quid you spend on a hotel beside Bangla,
You will get back by not having to use the Tuk-tuks and MB taxi's...

2 years ago we stayed in Kata cost us 500 baht (with tip) round trip everyday for 14 days, Tuk tuk drivers stung you more if you had girls with you. It was like going to Alton Towers on the rollercoasters on the way back to Kata, kinda good fun when you are pissed but looking back fcuking crazy.
Staying at the Summer Breeze in Feb.

Are you sure you dont have a "interest" in this hotel..55555..
PS: Are they not owned by the same person?
PPS: Either way they both come recomended by many BMs anyway
