touch and go,but i would say generally no.Very nice hotel,i would recomend all day long, location is only downfall, but depends what u like, its a fair walk to the nightlife, not a problem if u wanna spend a small fortune on tuk tuks,or u got a ped even better.
i stayed with the same girl the two times i was there,1st time they tried asking for joiner fee,i had a word with the manager, explained the situation and all was sorted,2nd time they recognized me.
dunno how business is going that way, worth trying to arrange some sort of deal,no harm.

stayed there with my gf one year before. Very nice, good rooms, great pool, breakfast and fitness rooms, a little beach just over the beach. Think you have to make reservation for two, then it is no problem. Just tell at checkin, that your 'wife' comes later. This will save face for staff and you. Overheard somebody who asked at the reception if they could put a second bed into his room. They reacted very polite.
