Anyone have any info on this hotel on Nanai Rd.?

I like it.. Has a nice big pool and friendly staff.. OK rooms and I understand has had some kind of refurb last year..
Reason I like it is due to value.. I have haggled it to 500 baht a night for April (Song Gran period so not really low season) and for that kind of money its superb.. Thier published rates are a lot higher and I had to clearly spell out no joiner fee with the staff when I haggled the deal for my buddy.. Its back on Nanai and a fair way from the Nightlife (thats not a drawback for me, always have a scooter and being down near Bangla doesnt appeal to me).. So as long as you can get a good negotiated rate and dont mind it being a Nanai location it gets a thumbs up.
