ATM Withdrawal Limits
Hey guys,
I am tired of this 25,000 baht withdrawal limit that seems to occur at every ATM I go to in BKK. Can anyone recommend some ATM's that have a higher withdrawal limit than this? If so, what is the maximum?
Thanks for any suggestions...

Are you talking about the amount in a single ATM transaction?? If so it is nothing to do with the banks, it is a physical design in ATM machines.

Yes, I think 25 notes in one transaction is maxium, but you can always withdraw multiple times to get more and it works fine.
Tha maximum daily or weekly amount you can withdraw depends on your bank.

At BKK airport close to one of the exit doors, beside the service boot or what you should call it. When i withdraw money there last time the limit was 100 000bath, but you always get shity rates at airport ATM's but if you have to pay a fee to your card company for taking out then maybe a shity rate is ok. But maybe not so smart to run around with 100 000 bath in your pocket =)

Most machines I use have a 20 bill max so 20k or less (like you cant get 19900 as its 19x1000 1x500 and 4x100) I can take 100k per day on the Kasikorn bank card..

Yeah, it has to do with the bank. My friend ended up calling his bank and raising his limit. Now he is broke.

your bank set a daily limit, but alot of ATM in thailand only allow 20 notes, so 20,000baht at one time.
