the whys and wherefors in thailand
Hi i have been to Thailand many times before but the last time was 15 years ago and i know that in that time there must have been many changes and i am looking for recommendations for acoomodation in bangkok, Koh Samui, Pattaya and my special place Phuket could anyone advise any safe clean and comfortable hotels GF that are reasonably priced or other accommodation as I am going to be in Los for 6 months and any particular things to lookout for and playmates
This would greatly be appreciated  In the clinch take the pinch

If you plan to stay in places for one month at a time or more you can save lots of BHT on accommodation........so as M26 says if you want direct help give us a little more to go on...........
Stevem has lived and worked in PHKT for a long time until just recently and is a moderator on this board........and if you follow his advise you will find tons of info............you could also look in expats section for accommodation advice if you intend to stay in PHKT for long lengths of time

thanks for the coments guys i am intending staying in Phuket for two months
pattaya 1month and chang mai for a month i have looked at the boards and tried several guest houses but not much diference in rates for long term except the yorkshire Inn which would charge 1000 baht a day giving discount of 550 baht iam looking at up to 1500 baht a day or as another alternative appartment does this help many thanks
