Shopping notebook in Pantip Plaza

I'm looking for a small A5 notebook, what they also call a subnote.
Primary use for travelling around the world, using it to connect to Internet and handle digital photos.

I have a good look at Sharp, but they are not sold in Denmark, anybody know if you can get these in Pantip Plaza:
- Sharp Actius MP30
- Sharp Actius MM20

Sony Vaio is another option, also not sold here in Denmark, can you get these in Pantip Plaza and for what price?

Do not know about the Sharp ones but the Sony Vaio is definately available. Just bought one myself but not in Panthip. (I hate the place..) I bought mine at Fortune tower.
Which model you looking for? I might be there this week and can have a look. But also available at other places in Bangkok. Prices seem to be fairly equal everywhere.

The Fujitsu 1510D (Lifebook subnotebook/tabletPC) is available there because I went looking for a second battery for mine but they could not guarantee supply. Didn't check the price of the whole thing though.

I use a libretto like this and love it.. Its done all kinds of duty from MP3 stereo to email machine to portable scanner etc..

VIAO's are available but the subnotes were really pricey.. I saw one over 80k last time I lusted after one but cant remember models or specs.. Personally I think would be cheaper to mail order if you can get the VAT back in Eurpoe on import.

Other tips for small notebook:

- JVC MP-??? Small subnotes ~1,2kg
- Lenovo thinkpad x41 ~1,4 kg (availibly (?) as tablet as well), expensive, if you are not able to get a student ID-Card (in germany half the price then)

If you choose to buy cheap electronics, and do not mind to fly, check singapore, it is often referred to as the best place for that, BUT you have the flight costs !!
