Hi all,

I will be staying in the Majestic Suites later this year. (as recommended by BMs) I have contacted the Hotel...No problems....but they have asked for my credit card details so they can confirm the booking. I booked my last holiday, to LOS over the internet, but that was through secure sites. Not sure about just sending off my credit card details through email....am i just being paranoid??

If your worried about then ring them and verbally give the card details.

There is a risk but the risk is very small, but I would suggest you split your cc number and send it in two separate emails to the hotel or simply fax it over.

Majestic don't usually ask for CC in advance, but then they know me by now...

Fax or phone if they really insist, but don't email.

I often send it in 2 parts.. numbers broken and expiry date in different mails.

Not very secure but also enough for me.
